AL-Desk includes an optional Credit Card Processing server as an add on module. If you have licensed the Credit Card server for AL-Desk and the Web Portal, all credit card transactions can be included transparently from the web portal calls via a secure SSL Channel. The AL-Desk Credit Card server should be properly setup, configured and tested. Consult your AL-Desk administrator for more information.
Once an authorization request is approved, the money in the customer's account is blocked and tagged for the merchant. This transaction must go through the AL-Desk Batch Settlement process in order for the blocked money to be transferred to the merchant account.
