Testing the Server

On first use we recommend you start the server and then attempt to get some data from the web portal. You can do this by using a browser like Internet Explorer and executing a web portal method.

http://localhost/als_get_locations.cgi where localhost is the ip address of your server.

http://192.168.0.5:81/als_get_locations.cgi

Here is an example running against the ALS demo server http://www.alstracker.dnsalias.com/aldesk/als_get_locations.cgi
