Security is implemented a number of ways: Access Level Security by IPAddress for all Methods and WebUserCode requirement for Puts.
The first level of security is to only allow access to the AL-Desk Web Portal Server to IP Addresses from your Web Server only. By default this is turned OFF.
In order to insure that the AL-Desk Web Portal Server is only used by your authorized web pages, the IP Address of the requesting web server can be used.

To Enable this, check the Secure Server check box on the server configuration screen. Then only servers from the specific IP addresses will be used. To see the secure servers available, click the refresh button.
