Security.WebUserCode

Activity Link Systems will assign you a webusercode. This code is required for all Put Methods.

For testing purposes, using the AL-Desk demo server, use webusercode=1

There are restrictions on data access according to this code. For instance, client information and the use of any client is only authorized by the same web user who created the client with the als_insert_client.cgi call. Thus any vouchers or payments can only be used by the web user who created this client.

In this way AL-Desk always has validated and verified data by the proper user and can verify the source for any data entering the system.

The WebUserCode can also add to security tying any code to a Host so that different agency rates could be used from different web sites.
