Block availability is calculated by :
| • | Starting with the Original Block definition for a given product, date range and time. |
| • | Subtracting any vouchers that have been written in AL-Desk have been specifically marked to be used on a block OR from Web Portal voucher calls that explicitly use the block=true switch. Only vouchers that are issued, not canceled and tagged with the On Block switch are used in calculations. |
| • | Adding any Block Adjustment Entries entered via AL-Desk or the als_insert_block_adjustment.cgi |
Below is a screen shot of a portion of the the AL-Desk Voucher Screen with the On Block Check box. If this check box is NOT checked, then the voucher will NOT be used in block Calcuations.
