Description

Example

Net Rate

The cost from a vendor for a product including any local taxes.

This is defined in the AL-Desk pricing form.

Cost from a vendor could be $80+$4.00 local taxes.

Markup Method

A Named Method that allows for an amount to have a dollar amount added to it(Fee) and/or a percentage amount added.

A method Name "Base" may add $5.00 and 10% to a net rate.

Thus an activity that had a vendor net rate of $80 would be marked up to $93.00

Affiliate Base Pricing (ABP)

The Base price the affiliate receives the activity for. This is defined as the product pricing Net Rate with a Markup Method applied to it.

Using the example above the Base price would be $93.00.

Affiliate Resale Pricing (ARP)

The Resale Price that the Affiliate sells the activity for.

A Markup Method Named "Resale Base" may add $10.00 + 15% to the ABP thus creating a resale price of $116.95
